Santa Fe NF HPCC Rio de la Casa Fencing Amendment 0001 incorporates the changes listed below. All other terms, items, conditions, and specifications under the Solicitation remain unchanged. The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to:
A) Revise the Pre-proposal Conference (Site Visit) date from 11 April 2024 to 19 April 2024. Unless otherwise revised by a future amendment to this solicitation, the Pre-proposal Conference (Site Visit) will be held:

Project Description: The USFS Procurement & Property Services (PPS) Special Project Operations Center (SPOC) is pursuing a contract for the installation of boundary and recreational fencing for Pecos-Las Vegas Ranger District in Santa Fe NF. Work supports fire rehabilitation efforts to rebuild fencing either destroyed or damaged during the HPCC Fire and includes but is not limited to removal of existing fencing; hazard tree felling within the fence line corridor; and installation of new barbed wire fencing. Construction services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the attachments (see Solicitation Section J).
Set-Aside (Local Area): IAW FAR 6.208 and FAR 26.202-1, this solicitation is a Local Area Set-aside under the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of New Mexico, FEMA-4652-DR. Vendors located in the following counties are eligible to compete for this award: Sandoval, Los Alamos, Valencia, Lincoln, Colfax, Mora, and San Miguel Counties.
Set-Aside (Total Small Business): This solicitation is further set aside 100% for Small Business entities.
