This Request for Proposals (RFP) is a competitve small business set-aside, utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures, and will result in a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
The requirement is for non-personal, Technical Support Services Contract for the Infrastructure Engineering Laboratories at the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC). At a minimum, these services include laboratory support that provides all the necessary engineers, technicians, laborers, and other related staff to complete the requirements for one or more of the engineering laboratories. The requirements are listed in the attached RFP as general lab support (common to multiple labs), and as individual or specific requirements of the work that may be conducted in each engineering laboratory. Research may require collaboration between laboratories.
