Description

The objective of this Sources Sought is to identify potential subcontracting companies that are qualified and capable of meeting the project objectives. The project objective, at a high level, is to provide a drying chamber enclosure. This equipment will provide a means to carefully control the drying conditions for fuel cell and water electrolysis electrodes and understand the effects of drying conditions on electrode microstructure and performance. Drying conditions will be evaluated as an industrially relevant control variable to produce electrodes that will perform and have a lifetime that meet DOE’s metrics.
