The 755th OSS is requesting the procurement of VTC Equipment with Installation. Refer to combo attached below for products and installation. Contractor This requirement will be deliverable to the 755th OSS Squadron at Davis-Monthan AFB. All vendors submitting a quote must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance and complete DD Form 254 within 7 days (if awarded to). The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires that a DD Form 254 be incorporated in each classified contract, and the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM)(4-103a) requires that a DD 254 be issued by the government with each Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, or Request for Quote. The DD Form 254 provides to the contractor (or a sub contractor) the security requirements and the classification guidance that would be necessary to perform on a classified contract. **Please incorporate installation costs within submitted quotes.
