The Town of Trumbull, (hereinafter referred to as Town or Owner), through the office of the Purchasing Agent, is seeking qualified contractors to supply equipment or services or both for milling bituminous concrete and full depth reclamation of bitu-minous concrete in accordance with Connecticut Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Roads, Bridges and Incidental Construction, Form 816, Section 4.06 Bituminous Concrete (latest revision), and M.04 Bituminous Concrete Materi-als (latest revision), and all other related sections. Contractor shall provide operators for all equipment, including reclaiming and milling equipment, and all required labor for completion of milling and reclaiming work. Contractor shall provide all fuel, water and other means necessary for such equipment, equipment maintenance and repair for any of its equipment.
