Prospective Proposers are invited to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB), entitled IFB No. 23-061-170 entitled, Salton Sea Laboratory Services for the State Water Resources Control Board, Colorado River Regional Water Quality Control Board, hereinafter referred to as the Water Board.
Note: This was previously advertised as a Request For Proposal (RFP) but was changed to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) after conducting market research and careful consideration by the Water Boards.
