Description:
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Building 6012 Roof Replacement - Camp Roberts located at Camp Roberts - Building 6012, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary for a comprehensive roof replacement at Building 6012 in Camp Roberts, CA, ensuring the installation of a fully functional and weathertight standing seam metal roofing system that seamlessly integrates with the existing structure, in accordance with the provided scope of work and specifications. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
The Contract Manager (CM) for this project is Mr. Stonecipher, Mike, at Michael.Stonecipher@cmd.ca.gov or the Assistant CM Mr. Biggs, Charles at Charles.Biggs@cmd.ca.gov.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on 5/7/2024, at 1:00 PM at Camp Roberts - Building 6012, Highway 101, San Miguel, California. Arrive at least 20 minutes early. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the job walk site by contacting Mr. Stonecipher, Mike at Michael.Stonecipher@cmd.ca.gov.
Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license and/or C-39 Roofing Contractor, or subcontract to one.
The Government Estimate for this project is between $85,000.00 and $105,000.00.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Mr. Stonecipher, Mike, at Michael.Stonecipher@cmd.ca.gov and Mr. Biggs, Charles at Charles.Biggs@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 5/14/2024.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 5/28/2024 at 2:00 PM
