Pre-Bid Conference: A NON-MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held Friday, April 19, 2024, 1:00 p.m. EST at the County Administration Building, Room 413 located at 330 West Church Street, Bartow, FL 33830. The pre-proposal meeting will also be held using the Zoom video conferencing application. Bidders may join the Zoom meeting by clicking on the following meeting link:
