The City of Missoula Public Art Committee invites artists residing in Missoula County to apply for a public art project to create Traffic Signal Boxes at Hwy 10 West and Mary Jane Blvd. and Palmer St. and W. Broadway. The goal of the project is to use local traffic signal boxes as "canvases," greatly enhancing Missoula's visual surroundings.
