Brunswick County is soliciting bids for the purchase of one (1) Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) treatment drone which meets or exceeds the minimum specifications set forth herein. The drone must be delivered to Brunswick County in Bolivia, North Carolina no later than May 15, 2024.

All bids must be received by Brunswick County no later than April 8, 2024, at 4:00 PM ET.

Any inquires, requests for interpretation, technical questions, clarification, or additional information regarding this Invitation to Bid (ITB) shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Abram Young by emailing abram.young@brunswickcountync.gov

A copy of all questions, further clarifications, and answers will be made in the form of an Addendum to this ITB and will be provided to all known bidders and posted on the County’s website at brunswickcountync.gov/bid . Bidders are responsible for ensuring that they have all addenda.

Brunswick County will not be responsible for the failure of any mail or delivery service to deliver a bid prior to the stated date and time. Regardless of the manner of submission, any bid received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Incomplete bids or bids inconsistent with the required format may be disqualified from consideration.
