Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 pm local time, on Thursday, May 23, 2024 for DPW
Project 19193 Irrigation Central Pumping Station & Main Line, South Campus, Boise State
University, Boise, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removing Student Union Irrigation
Pump Station, installing new pumpstation at Rossi Mill cannel, correct gravity irrigation structures at Student
Union old pumpstation, reconstruct pressure mainline from Rossi Mill cannel to Student Union, remove
existing bubbler and correct gravity irrigation lines at BSU Children’s Center, modify wet well and gravity
irrigation structures at Lincoln volleyball courts and integrate existing design for irrigation lines to be placed
in Belmont Street.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, April 18, 2024, beginning at 1:00 pm, prevailing local
time, at the BSU Facilities, 1311 Belmont St. Boise, ID, 83706. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Engineer for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required.
A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $3,517,850.00
