Proposals must be submitted before 1:45 PM, St. Louis Time, on Tuesday, MAY 21, 2024. The proposals will then be publicly opened and read. The bidder must pay $40 to submit a bid through the Bid Express service. Monthly subscriptions are available. Plans, Specifications, and the Agreement may be examined online through Bid Express at https://www.bidexpress.com/?businesses/20618/home ?agency=true and may be downloaded for free. An optional pre-bid conference for all contractors bidding on this project will be held at the Lindenwood Park Pavilion located at 6701 Lindenwood Ave., Saint Louis, MO 63109 on April 30th at 11:00 AM.
