Baruch College of The City University of New York is seeking to purchase MERV 8 Air Filters for HVAC equipment. The College reserves the right to require bidders under consideration for the award to furnish samples of each type of filter.

RFQ packages are available upon request. Interested bidders should send an email to BaruchCollegeBids@baruch.cuny.edu .

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
