Bids should be addressed to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement Capital District Transportation Authority, 110 Watervliet Avenue, Albany, New York 12206 (518-437-8342, sdsansky@cdta.org). Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions.

The contract for the above will be awarded to the contractor with lowest bid. The Authority requires that all bids be responsive to this invitation and that bidders be responsible. The Authority will follow established procedures for determining the responsibility of bidders.
