OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Broome DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Refuse Removal & Recycling Services to ensure the efficient sanitary removal of all solid waste and recyclables for the Broome region's community residents in Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties.

Contract award will be made to the responsible and responsive bidder that will provide the lowest Total Annual Cost for Community Refuse Removal and Recycling Services for each cluster. Awards will be made by cluster. A bidder may bid on one or multiple clusters. A bidder may be awarded one or multiple clusters. If awarded, all sites listed under each cluster are to be serviced by the winning bidder.

Three professional references attesting to at least three years of comparable experience is required for the business or its principal. Contractor shall provide all applicable insurances. Prevailing wage will apply.
