Battery Park City Authority (“BPCA”), a New York State public benefit corporation, requests proposals from firms to provide BPCA with consulting services to assist BPCA with the development of an updated Strategic Plan document consisting of approximately 30 pages of text and visuals to help guide, align, and communicate the organization’s decision making through 2029.

A full description of the work for which the awarded bidder will be responsible can be found in the Request of Proposals document, more specifically in Exhibit A: Scope of Work.

New York State-certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (“MBE”), Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“WBE”) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (“SDVOB”) are encouraged to submit Proposals.
