Rocky Reach Trash Rack and Exclusion Gate Manufacturing
Rocky Reach Hydroelectric Project has eleven (11) generating units. The existing trash rack system consists of original 1960's, and some 1970's, manufactured racks. The racks are integral to keeping large trash and logs out of the operating Turbine scroll case areas. Each unit consists of twelve (12) racks - four racks per slot with three slots per unit. The trash rack system for the Attraction Water Pumps are of a different design and consist of three (3) racks on the North slot and three (3) racks on the South slot.
The scope of work for this project is to manufacture one (1) new set of trash racks for C11 and fabricate two (2) new sets of Attraction Water Pump trash racks.
