The City of New Rochelle is looking for qualified consultants who can serve as its designated compliance and monitoring personnel. Their primary responsibility would be to ensure that developers adhere to the City's policies by implementing various methodologies outlined in the scope of work.
The City of New Rochelle recognizes that contracts awarded by the City and economic development projects supported by the City or benefiting from zoning enhancements offer a critical opportunity for advancing City policy objectives. These objectives include but are not limited to, targeting employment and business opportunities in the city. The City is committed to ensuring that its expenditures and economic development activities do not lead to any barriers to employment or invidious discrimination in city-supported contracts and projects.
