The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting competitive proposals, from qualified consultants, for the assessment of the City of Dubuque’s Fleet Maintenance Operations to include staffing, operation hours, fleet utilization, and financial structure. The selected consultant will be expected to complete the contracted scope of work under the general direction and coordination of the City’s Public Works Department, as authorized by the City Manager.
