The following information becomes part and parcel of Request for Proposal (RFP) #324-93-4-30 effective this
date. Firms must acknowledge receipt of this addendum in their solicitation response.
The listed items add to, modify, or otherwise alter the specifications and become part of the solicitation
documents. Where a portion of the original specifications are added to, modified, or also altered, the portion not
so affected shall remain. Firms may have the right to protest this addendum.
Inquiries/ District Responses
Before the solicitation inquiry deadline, the District received inquiries regarding this solicitation. The District’s
response to each question follows in bold font.
1.) I see in the RFP that this would be for 650 Teachers but could you also share how many student IEPs will
you be monitoring?
The number of students with IEPs varies from year to year, however, at this time the District estimates
12,500 to 13,000. These IEPs will not be monitored in this platform. The platform will provide resources
for teachers to develop information to include in a student’s IEP.
2.) We are looking at this RFP as MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support); Is this what you are looking for?
The District is not looking for a product to utilize only for MTSS. The RFP is for teachers and staff of
students with disabilities. The District is looking for a product to provide resources to our special
education teachers for students with varied needs (i.e. some may need curricular modification strategies,
some may need accommodation suggestions).
3.) Regarding Section VII. Bidding Schedule (Page 25), can you please further clarify the information and
format you are looking for, and where in the proposal it should be included? Specifically for the bolded text:
Proposers must include firm’s Cost/Revenue matrix with proposal response.”
No particular format is required, however, responding firms must provide their pricing in their proposal
response for the services and products as defined in the Scope of Work.
