ADDENDUM #2
RFP #42/2024
Offeror shall note the following information in regard to the above Request for Proposal and
incorporate this information in their submittal. Offerors shall attach a signed acknowledged
copy of this addendum to their bid response.
All bonding requirements shall not be required for this opportunity. Exhibit H – Bid Bond
shall be removed from the offerors requirements to this RFP.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ADDENDUM #2
The undersigned Respondent hereby certifies that the information set forth in this Addendum
#2 has been incorporated in their proposal and are a part of Request for Proposal No.
42/2024. All other provisions of the proposal documents, except as herein stated, shall
remain in force as written.
