The District may add or delete products and/or services during the term of the contract period. Pricing will be
negotiated and agreed upon by both parties. If agreement cannot be reached, the District reserves the right to
purchase from other awarded contracts or other contracted vendors outside of the District.

7 Florida Statute 287.05701(3) requires notice to vendors of the following provisions:
1. The School Board may not request documentation of or consider a vendor's social, political, or ideological
interests when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
2. The School Board may not give preference to a vendor based on the vendor's social, political, or ideological
interests.

2 Cancellations
0
Awarded vendors are not authorized to cancel a scheduled rental once confirmation is forwarded to the requesting
school/site. Cancellations due to acts of God or circumstances that are beyond the reasonable control of either
party are exempt from any charges. Maintenance problems or problems scheduling are not considered reasonable
exemptions. The District must be permitted up to seventy-two (72) hours before an event to cancel before charges
are incurred.
