Addendum #1 to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 24-29-KB is issued in accordance with the RFP
Terms & Conditions and is intended to provide additional information and clarification to
Respondents.
Addendum #1 consists of three (3) items which are listed below, attached hereto and made a part
hereof to RFP No. 24-29-KB.
ITEM 1 – CHANGES TO RFP

ITEM 2 – Q&A
1. Will the pre-proposal presentation be provided?
ANSWER: Please see Attachment A.
2. Would the County consider removing attendance at the pre-proposal conference as a
mandatory requirement for submitting a proposal?
ANSWER: The mandatory requirement shall not be removed but a second pre-proposal
conference is offered. Please see Item 1 Number 1 of this Addendum.

3. How many will be awarded per category?
ANSWER: The County may award up to three Contractors per category.
4. What is the estimated spend?
ANSWER: At this time there is no estimated spend, spend is based on what is approved
by the Board of Supervisors.
5. Will the new limits that start in July apply to this contract?
ANSWER: This will be determined based on when the Contracts are awarded.
6. Where can I find the link to the CTC?
ANSWER: Please see page three of the RFP which has a list of the attachments, the link
to Attachment K – CTC is provided.
7. Will the factor remain for all terms?
ANSWER: The factor awarded at the start of the Contract will remain for all possible
renewals. The CTC will be modified at every renewal.
