De provincie Noord-Holland treed op als launching customer voor het aanbesteden (Europees openbaar) van een iCentrale component; ontwikkelen en realiseren multi-domein bediening (iHMI en Business Logic) voor de bediencentrales van provincie Noord-Holland.

De ?i van iCentrale en in de iHMI staat voor ?integrated ofwel het ?slim combineren en slim integreren van verschillende domeinen (centrales) naar minder centrales, en/of (uiteindelijk) zelfs 1 centrale.

Provincie Noord-Holland is op zoek naar 1 opdrachtnemer die een systeem kan leveren die aan de volgende drie punten voldoet:

1. geintegreerd kunnen bedienen over drie domeinen (tunnelbediening, brugbediening en verkeersmanagement) vanuit 1 bedienlocatie te Hoofddorp;

2. het systeem moet uitbreidbaar en opschaalbaar zijn naar de 6 domeinen v/h programma iCentrale;

3. het systeem moet bruikbaar, open en opschaalbaar zijn voor andere decentrale overheden.
