Indiquer la description du projet, le cout des travaux HT, le nom du maitre de l'ouvrage, les delais et l'annee de realisation de l'operation ainsi que toutes les prescriptions particulieres relatives aux objectifs environnementaux;
Joindre un dossier de presentation avec documents graphiques et photos pour les projets similaires;
Le contrat de Maitrise d'uvre joint au dossier de consultation comprenant:
? le cahier des clauses generales, accepte sans aucune modification et signe,
? le cahier des clauses particulieres, accepte sans aucune modification et signe,
? l'annexe 1: decomposition de la mission et du forfait ? criteres de resultat ? delais (renseignee et signee),
? l'annexe 2: repartition des honoraires faisant ressortir notamment le montant global des honoraires (renseignees et signees).
