Aggiudicazione possibile anche in presenza di una sola offerta, purche ritenuta valida e congrua. Facolta di sospendere o interrompere in ogni momento la procedura senza risarcimenti o indennizzi. Facolta di aggiudicare al concorrente secondo classificato se, per qualunque motivo, il primo non si presta alla stipula del contratto o all'avvio dell'esecuzione. La Stazione Appaltante acquista anche per conto del Consiglio della Regione Liguria, di alcuni Enti sub regionali e di Liguria Digitale SpA Nel caso di mutate esigenze di servizio od in caso di offerte non compatibili rispetto alla disponibilita di bilancio, la Stazione Appaltante si riserva la facolta di non procedere all'aggiudicazione. La Stazione Appaltante e assistita da MARSH SpA aggiudicataria del servizio di brokeraggio. Facolta di ripetizione di servizi analoghi, ai sensi dell'articolo 63, comma 5 D.Lgs. 50/2016 s.m.i. per un periodo massimo di 2 anni e mezzo, previa approvazione ad ogni singola annualita a giudizio insindacabile dell'Amministrazione, per un importo stimato di 519 500 EUR.
