Hankinta koskee ruotsin- ja suomenkielisia oppikirjoja seka oheismateriaaleja Raaseporin ja Hangon peruskouluihin. Kouluja Raaseporissa on tallahetkella 19 ja niissa yhteensa 2634 oppilasta, Hangossa 10 koulua ja niissa oppilaita yhteensa 760.

Koulut tekevat itse suoraan rilauksensa ja kirjat tulee toimittaa suoraan tilaajayksikkon antamaan toimitusosoitteeseen. Tilaukset on voitava tehda suoraan sahkoiseen tilausjarjestelmaan.

Tilauksista n 95 % tehdaan perustilauksina kevaalla sovittuna ajankohtana ja n 5 % lisatilauksina.
