Les livraisons et les prestations de services sont prouvees par des attestations du destinataire ou, a defaut, par une declaration du concurrent;

Description de la tranche conditionnelle: cette tranche consistera a etablir les transferts de Retablissement de Communication avec les collectivites locales.

Elle comportera les specifications suivantes, a savoir:

? l'etablissement des Documents Modificatifs du Parcellaire Cadastral (DMPC) concernant les remises aux collectivites de voies devies ainsi que les delaisses autoroutiers,

? le pilotage et le suivi des actes de remises aupres des notaires et des differents signataires jusqu'a leur publication,

? le bornage eventuel.
