La solvencia tecnica o profesional se realizara mediante la presentacion de la siguiente documentacion:
a) Relacion de los principales suministros efectuados durante los 5 ultimos anos, indicando su importe, fechas y destinatario publico o privado de los mismos. Los suministros efectuados se acreditaran mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el organo competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector publico o cuando el destinatario sea un comprador privado, mediante un certificado expedido por este o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaracion del empresario.
b) Indicacion del personal tecnico o unidades tecnicas, integradas o no en la empresa, de los que se disponga para la ejecucion del contrato, especialmente los encargados del control de calidad.
c) Descripcion de las instalaciones tecnicas, de las medidas empleadas para garantizar la calidad y de los medios de estudio e investigacion de la empresa.
d) Muestras, descripciones y fotografias de los productos a suministrar, cuya autenticidad pueda certificarse a peticion de la entidad del sector publico contratante.
