Ils seront resiliables sans indemnite a la seule demande de l'assistance Publique - Hopitaux de Paris a compter du 30.6.2021. L'Assistance publique - hopitaux de Paris s'engage:

? pour les lots 1 et 3 sur un montant minimum represente par 50 % du montant du lot valorise au niveau de l'offre du titulaire sur la duree totale du marche. Le titulaire s'engage sur un montant maximum represente par 200 % du montant du lot valorise au niveau de son offre sur la duree totale du marche,

? pour le lot 2 sur un montant minimum represente par 50 % du montant du lot valorise au niveau de l'offre du titulaire sur la duree totale du marche.
