Les prestations objet du present marche concernent la confection de repas au sein de la cuisine centrale de Bidache, avec prise de repas sur place dans la salle de restauration attenante, ou selon les principes de la liaison chaude. Cette prestation concerne exclusivement les repas du midi et les gouters de l'accueil de Loisirs et de la creche. Elle concerne:

? la restauration scolaire pour le college et les ecoles du pays de Bidache (restauration sur place et en liaison chaude),

? la restauration pour l'accueil de loisirs (restauration sur place sauf gouters),

? la restauration pour la creche intercommunale (restauration en liaison chaude). La quantite estimative globale de repas a confectionner sur 3 ans est de 328 098.
