Ordregiver opfordrer tilbudsgiver til at stille opklarende sprgsmal, safremt tilbudsgiver er i tvivl om forstaelsen af krav, kontraktvilkar eller udbudsmaterialet i vrigt.

Safremt tilbudsgiver finder, at der er vsentlige uhensigtsmssigheder i udbuds-materialet, opfordres tilbudsgiver srligt til at gre ordregiver opmrksom herpa, og ordregiver vil i sa fald overveje at ndre det pagldende forhold, safremt det er muligt inden for de udbudsretlige rammer.

Det vedlagte udkast til kontrakt vil vre gldende for det udbudte udstyr. Tilbuds-giver opfordres derfor til at gennemlse kontrakten nje og til at stille sprgsmal, safremt tilbudsgiver finder anledning hertil.

Sprgsmal sendes til ordregiver via tilbudsgiver sprgsmal og svar i EU-Supply.

Ordregiver ser gerne, at sprgsmal angiver det sted (bilag og punkt) i udbudsmaterialet, som sprgsmalet vedrrer.

Med henblik pa at sikre overskuelighed i Ordregivers offentliggjorte svar pa sprgsmal ser Ordregiver endvidere gerne, at tilbudsgiver kun skriver et sprgsmal i hver sprgsmalsrubrik. Der kan naturligvis oprettes flere rubrikker og saledes stilles flere sprgsmal.

Sprgsmal, der er ordregiver i hnde inden fristen angivet i tidsplanen, vil under alle omstndigheder blive besvaret.

Sprgsmal, der modtages efter dette tidspunkt, vil ogsa blive besvaret, medmindre sprgsmalets karakter gr det uforholdsmssigt byrdefuldt at meddele svar senest 6 dage inden udlbet af tilbudsfristen.

Sprgsmal, der modtages senere end 6 dage inden udlbet af tilbudsfristen, kan ikke forventes at ville blive besvaret.

Bemrk: Safremt der i srlige tilflde matte opsta behov for at offentliggre yderligere oplysninger senere end 6 dage fr tilbudsfristen, vil tilbudsfristen blive forlnget.
