Le marche est decompose en 2 phases distinctes:

? a compter de la notification du marche et pour une duree maximum de 2 mois a lieu la phase de deploiement du materiel. Le titulaire lors de la remise de son offre aura indique ses delais d'installation durant la phase de deploiement,

? a l'issue de la phase de deploiement, debute la location maintenance pour une duree de 5 ans a compter de la date de notification du present marche. Il pourra etre reconduit tacitement pour une periode de 1 an au-dela de la cinquieme annee.

Le present marche ne pourra pas exceder une duree de 6 ans et 2 mois.

Il est laisse la possibilite aux entreprises candidatant pour le present marche, de presenter une offre variante pour les lots 1 et 2.

Concernant le lot 1:

L'offre de base souhaitee pour le present lot etant la maintenance de 21 photocopieurs multifonctions et de 6 imprimantes de la marque Ricoh existants au CHRSO.

L'offre variante consiste pour l'entreprise candidate a presenter une offre visant a la fourniture de materiels neufs ou reconditionnes (21 photocopieurs multifonctions et 6 imprimantes) en location.

S'agissant du lot 1, les candidats repondant a la variante ne sont pas tenus de repondre a l'offre de base.

Concernant le lot 2:

L'offre de base souhaitee pour le present lot consiste en la fourniture de materiels neufs, soit 66 photocopieurs multifonctions et 15 imprimantes, en location, toute marque confondue.

L'offre variante consiste pour l'entreprise candidate a presenter une offre visant a la fourniture de materiels reconditionnes, soit 66 photocopieurs multifonctions et 15 imprimantes, en location, toute marque confondue.

Des essais auront lieu entre le 6 et le 17.11.2017.

Les plis peuvent etre transmis par lettre recommande avec avis de reception ou deposes contre recepisse.

Dematerialisation des procedures: le pouvoir adjudicateur preconise la transmission des plis par voie electronique (procedure de dematerialisation decrite dans le RC).
