Un tableau recapitulatif de references professionnelles recentes de l'entreprise, dans le domaine objet du marche (ou certificats de capacite recents, ou autres documents equivalents) donnant le nombre de repas servis annuellement, avec le montant des prestations y afferent, ainsi que les coordonnees du client.

La certification qualite (le cas echeant)

L'agrement de la Direction departementale de la protection des populations (ex Direction departemental des services veterinaires) en tant que cuisine centrale effectuant des prestations culinaires a l'avance (en liaison froide ) destinees a etre consommees dans un autre lieu. Le recepisse de declaration de son etablissement au prefet du departement.
