Sono ammessi a partecipare gli operatori economici qualificati come Fondi sanitari di cui all'art. 51, c. 2, lett. a) del d.p.r. 22.12.1986, n. 917 e s.m.i. In particolare e ammessa la partecipazione di:

Enti, casse o societa di mutuo soccorso aventi esclusivamente finalita assistenziali ex art. 51 c. 2 lett. a) del d.p.r. 22.12.1986, n. 917 e s.m.i., che operino negli ambiti di intervento di cui all'art. 1 del decreto del Ministro della Salute del 31.3.2008, come modificato dall'art. 1 del decreto del Ministro del lavoro, della salute e delle politiche sociali del 27.10.2009, e regolarmente iscritti all'Anagrafe dei fondi integrativi sanitari di cui al citato D.M. 27.10.2009, abilitati a norma di legge a ricevere i contributi e ad assumere la contraenza del piano sanitario, come definito nel capitolato speciale, ai fini degli aspetti fiscali e contributivi.
