Cifra anual de negocio. Descripcion: Los licitadores deberan acreditar su solvencia economica y financiera por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho registro, y en caso contrario por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrito, salvo que no tenga obligacion de depositarlas en dicho registro, en cuyo caso bastara con la presentacion de las cuentas anuales. Los empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditaran su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil, salvo que no esten obligados a legalizar los libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales por el Registro Mercantil, en cuyo caso sera suficiente cualquier declaracion en modelo oficial presentada ante la Administracion Tributaria en la que figure la cifra anual de negocios o la cifra anual de ingresos. Se considerara que los licitadores cumplen este requisito de solvencia si su volumen anual de negocios, o en su caso de ingresos, referido al ano de mayor volumen de negocio de los 3 ultimos concluidos, iguala o supera la cifras que para cada lote se indican en el epigrafe 1 1 del Anexo 2 del Pliego de clausulas administrativas particulares que rige esta contratacion.

Descripcion: Los licitadores deberan acreditar la solvencia tecnica o profesional mediante la relacion de los suministros por ellos efectuados en el curso de los 5 ultimos anos correspondientes al mismo tipo o naturaleza al que corresponde el objeto del presente contrato, avalados por certificados de buena ejecucion. Se considerara que los licitadores cumplen este requisito de solvencia si el importe anual acumulado, IVA no incluido, de los suministros acreditados por ellos cuyos codigos CPV empiecen por los 2 primeros digitos de los codigos CPV de los lotes a los que presentan oferta es igual o superior al indicado a continuacion para cada lote en el ano de mayor ejecucion: Lote 1: 481 584,43 EUR; Lote 2: 123 816,29 EUR; Lote 3: 93 779 EUR; Lote 4: 227 281,23 EUR; Lote 5: 32 691,09 EUR; Lote 6: 17 693,55 EUR; Lote 7: 61 161,80 EUR; Lote 8: 68 983,41 EURy Lote 9: 103 908 EUR.
