La presentation d'une liste des principales fournitures ou des principaux services effectues au cours des 3 dernieres annees.

La preuve de la capacite de l'entreprise pourra etre apportee par tout moyen, notamment des certificats d'identite professionnelle ou des references attestant la competence de l'entreprise dans le domaine souhaite.

Avertissement: la reponse par le biais d'un intermediaire d'assurances et/ou en coassurance, est consideree comme un groupement conjoint: chaque partie devra fournir les documents ci-dessus a l'exception de la lettre de candidature qui devra etre produite en un seul exemplaire pour l'ensemble du groupement.

En application des articles 51 et 55 II 2 du decret du 25.3.2016, le candidat retenu devra justifier ne pas etre dans un des cas d'interdiction de soumissionner et produire dans les 5 jours suivant la demande du Conseil departemental chacun des documents suivants: un extrait de casier judiciaire, les certificats sociaux (attestation Urssaf ou RSI, versement regulier des cotisations de conges payes et de chomage intemperies, regularite de la situation de l'employeur au regard de l'obligation d'emploi des travailleurs handicapes) et fiscaux (impot sur le revenu, impot sur les societes, impot sur la valeur ajoutee) ( a compter du 1.4.2016 le Noti2 n'est plus delivre), un extrait de l'inscription au registre du commerce et des societes (K ou K Bis) ou a la chambre des metiers (D1) ou a defaut, regles d'effet equivalent pour les candidats non etablis en France (datant de moins de 6 mois), et en cas de redressement judiciaire la copie du ou des jugements prononces, ainsi que les pieces prevues aux articles R. 1263-12, D. 8222-5 ou D. 8222-7 ou D. 8254-2 a D. 8254-5 du code du travail.

Bien que les documents precites ci-dessus ne soient exigibles que pour l'attributaire du marche, il est fortement conseille aux candidats de se doter de ces documents des qu'ils soumissionnent a un marche public.

Par ailleurs, et conformement au reglement de la consultation, le candidat retenu devra remettre dans le delai imparti fixe par la collectivite, s'il ne l'a pas fait au stade du depot de son offre, tous les documents pour lesquels la signature est requise, dument signes sans y avoir apporte.

Le marche sera integralement finance sur les fonds propres inscrits aux budgets de la collectivite.

Le paiement est opere par mandat administratif suivi d'un virement et effectue en application des articles 109 a 132 du decret du 25.3.2016.

Le delai global de paiement est fixe au decret 2013-269 du 29.3.2013.
