La solvencia economica y financiera se acreditara conforme al articulo 75.1 a) del TRLCSP, mediante una declaracion del volumen global de negocios en el ambito al que se refiere el contrato, en los 3 ultimos anos, por importe igual o superior a la mitad del presupuesto de licitacion, teniendo en cuenta el sumatorio de los tres ultimos 3 anos.

III.1.3) Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:

La solvencia tecnica conforme al articulo 78.1 a) del TRLCSP, debera aportarse una relacion de los principales servicios o trabajos realizados durante los 5 ultimos anos, que deberan ser de igual o similar naturaleza de los que se pretenden contratar atendiendo a tal efecto a los dos primeros digitos de los codigos CPV, indicando su importe, fechas y destinatario publico o privado de los mismos. Los trabajos o servicios realizados se acreditaran mediante un certificado expedido o visado por el organo competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector publico o cuando el destinatario sea un comprador privado, mediante un certificado expedido por este o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaracion del empresario. Debera acreditarse por el licitador, que el importe ejecutado, en el ano de mayor ejecucion de los 5 ultimos anos, en servicios o trabajos de igual o similar naturaleza a los del objeto del contrato, sea superior a 800 000 EUR.
