Slu?by budou poskytovany v?etn? managementu, tj. v?etn? revizi, odbornych prohlidek apod. Dale budou zaji?t?ny a provedeny ve?kere opravy p?i poruchach. Poskytovatel zajisti take plan obnovy provoznich technologii a za?izeni TZB v danych objektech.

Pro koordinaci v?ech po?adovanych slu?eb je po?adovan mana?er zakazky, ktery bude zadavateli k dispozici na telefonnim ?isle a e-mailu.

Zadavatel si v souladu s 100 odst. 3 ZZVZ vyhrazuje pravo zm?ny zavazku ze smlouvy. Tato zm?na zavazku m??e nastat v p?ipad?:

? sni?eni a/nebo roz?i?eni poskytovanych slu?eb;

? sni?eni a/nebo navy?eni po?tu osob poskytujicich slu?by na zaklad? po?adavku zadavatele;

? sni?eni a/nebo navy?eni ?etnosti poskytovanych slu?eb.

Ve?kere i p?ipadne nov? po?adovane slu?by budou v?dy spo?ivat v poskytovani komplexniho a bezproblemoveho provozu, servisu, oprav a revizi instalovanych technologii a technickeho vybaveni TZB a v prostorech vyu?ivanych zadavatelem ke sve ?innosti.

Rozsah takto vyhrazene zm?ny zavazku ?ini maximaln? 2 100 000 CZK bez DPH za jeden kalenda?ni rok s platnosti maximaln? po dobu trvani smlouvy.

V p?ipad? vyu?iti vyhrazene zm?ny zavazku pou?ije zadavatel pro zadani t?chto slu?eb formu jednaciho ?izeni bez uve?ejn?ni v souladu s 63 a 65 ZZVZ.

Zadavatel si dale v souladu s 100 odst. 1 ZZVZ vyhrazuje pravo zm?ny zavazku ze smlouvy. Tyto zm?ny jsou uvedeny v obchodnich a platebnich podminkach:

? zm?ni-li se mira inflace zji?t?na podle oficialnich udaj? ?SU jako uhrnny index spot?ebitelskych cen v ?R za uplynuly kalenda?ni rok;

? v d?sledku nar?stu minimalni mzdy stanovene p?islu?nymi obecn? zavaznymi pravnimi p?edpisy,

Vyu?iti jakekoli vyhrazene zm?ny zavazku lze prvn? pou?it od 1.1.2019.

P?ilohy D, E a F zadavaci dokumentace obsahuji z bezpe?nostniho hlediska citlive informace d?v?rne povahy tykajici se zadavatele. Z tohoto d?vodu nelze tyto p?ilohy uve?ejnit na profilu zadavatele bez dal?iho a jejich poskytnuti bude v souladu s 96 odst. 2 ZZVZ podmin?no p?ijetim p?im??enych opat?eni k ochran? d?v?rne povahy informaci ze strany dodavatele.

Dodavateli budou P?ilohy D, E a F poskytnuty na jeho ?adost oproti jeho pisemnemu zavazku ml?enlivosti.
