Le present accord-cadre est passe en appel d'offres ouvert soumis aux dispositions des articles 12, 25-i 1al. et 66 a 68 du decret n 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatif aux marches publics et 28 de l'ordonnance n 2015-899 du 23.7.2015 relative aux marches publics.

Les prestations feront l'objet, pour chaque lot, d'un accord-cadre a bons de commandes sans montants minimum ni maximum passe en application de l'article 80 du decret relatif aux marches publics.

Le pouvoir adjudicateur n'impose aucune forme de groupement.

Le marche se decompose en 5 lots. Il n'est pas prevu de decomposition en tranches.
