Es la prestacion del servicio de mantenimiento y conservacion integral del Complejo Deportivo Nuevo Toledo, objeto del contrato que comprende el mantenimiento y conservacion de maquinaria, instalaciones, equipos asi como la prestacion del servicio de taquilla, jardineria y espacios libres, limpieza, socorristas y monitores deportivos. Estos trabajos se realizaran con personal cualificado en las especialidades necesarias segun los trabajos a realizar, siendo posible la polivalencia del personal dedicado a estos servicios siempre y cuando la calidad del servicio se realice sea correcta.

Una relacion de los principales servicios o trabajos realizados en los ultimos 5 anos, del mismo tipo o naturaleza al que corresponda el objeto del contrato, avalados por certificados de buena ejecucion, y que el importe anual acumulado en el ano de mayor ejecucion sea igual o superior al 70 % del valor estimado del contrato, o de su anualidad media si esta es inferior al valor estimado del contrato. La relacion ha de incluir, importes, fechas y el destinatario, publico o privado, de los mismos.
