Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: El criterio para la acreditacion de la solvencia economico-financiera, sera el volumen anual de negocios del licitador, que referido al ano de mayor volumen de negocio de los 3 ultimos anos, debera ser superior, al menos una vez y media, el valor estimado del contrato, cuando su duracion no sea superior a un ano. O, alternativamente, aportando un seguro de responsabilidad civil por importe minimo de 600 000 EUR.

El criterio para la acreditacion de la solvencia tecnica o profesional, sera la experiencia en la realizacion de trabajos del mismo tipo o naturaleza, al que corresponde el objeto del contrato, que se acreditara aportando: Una relacion de los principales trabajos realizados en los ultimos 5 anos, relacionados de forma directa con el objeto del contrato, avalados por certificados de buena ejecucion, siendo necesario el haber ejecutado al menos 3 campos de hockey, de similares caracteristicas en los 2 ultimos anos debiendo alcanzar al menos uno de ellos, el 75% del importe del presente contrato. Los trabajos efectuados se acreditaran mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el organo competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector publico; cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por este, o a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaracion del empresario.
