La duree de l'accord-cadre est de 48 mois a compter de la notification de l'accord-cadre, resiliable annuellement. Variante facultative: Description: accueil telephonique hors site (conformement a l'article 5b Accueil Standard telephonique du CCTP)

La procedure de consultation est celle du Marche a Procedure Adaptee conformement a l'article 28 du decret 2016 360 du 25.3.2016.
