Volumen anual de negocios del licitador, que referido al ano de mayor volumen de negocio de los 3 ultimos concluidos, debera superar el importe de licitacion sin IVA 204 000 EUR.

En el caso de empresas cuyo periodo de actividad no abarque los 3 ultimos ejercicios, es necesario que se presente la cifra de negocios, del periodo de actividad de la empresa y bastara que en uno de los ejercicios supere la cuantia sin IVA del importe de licitacion.

Una relacion de los principales servicios o trabajos realizados en los ultimos cinco anos que incluya importe, fechas y destinatario, publico o privado, de los mismos.

Presentacion de al menos un (1) trabajo o servicio de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, tomando como criterio de correspondencia entre los servicios ejecutados por el empresario y los que constituyen el objeto del contrato la pertenencia al mismo subgrupo de clasificacion, si el contrato estuviera encuadrado en alguno de los establecidos en el reglamento, en caso contrario la igualdad entre los dos primeros digitos de los respectivos codigos CPV, cuyo importe supere la cuantia en el ano de mayor ejecucion de 163 200 EUR (IVA excluido).
