Le marche prendra effet a compter de la date de notification pour une duree d'un an renouvelable 3 fois maximum. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadres (art. 78 et 80 du decret du 25.3.2016 relatif aux marches publics). La qualite technique sera appreciee en fonction des criteres suivants, pour les lots 1 et 2:

? qualite des echantillons (note sur 14 points),

? l'assistance technique et commerciale, modalites de suivi proposees pour la bonne utilisation des produits (note sur 6 points),

? les modalites de livraison (delai), traitement des reliquats (note sur 5 points),

? la prise en compte des respects de la protection de l'environnement et de la sante des utilisateurs (juge notamment a l'appui du questionnaire commande publique responsable joint a l'acte d'engagement) (note sur 5 points).

Pour les lots 3 et 4:

? la qualite des echantillons (note sur 15 points),

? la variete de la gamme et diversite du conditionnement (note sur 5 points),

? les modalites de livraison (delai), traitement des reliquats, assistance commerciale (note sur 5 points),

? la prise en compte des respects de la protection de l'environnement et de la sante des utilisateurs (juge notamment a l'appui du questionnaire commande publique responsable joint a l'acte d'engagement) (note sur 5 points).
