? pour les courtiers, le mandat de la compagnie au courtier (selon modele joint au dossier de la consultation),

? pour les agents, le mandat de la compagnie a l'agent (selon modele joint au dossier de la consultation),

? l'attestation d'assurance et caution financiere conforme au Code des Assurances pour les seuls agents et courtiers.

En cas de groupement d'entreprises, le candidat devra justifier des capacites des autres membres.

Les candidats pourront completer leur dossier de candidature sur demande de la personne publique.

Forme juridique: aucune forme de groupement n'est imposee par le pouvoir adjudicateur. L'attention des candidats doit etre egalement attiree sur le fait que:

? l'entreprise d'assurance peut se presenter seule ou par le biais d'un intermediaire d'assurance. Dans ce dernier cas, l'intermediaire d'assurance agit en tant que mandataire de la compagnie et complete le DC1 avec les coordonnees de l'assureur. L'intermediaire indique ses coordonnees en precisant que l'assureur lui a donne mandat pour agir en son nom et pour son compte. Il doit egalement fournir les documents exiges pour la candidature, pour la societe representee et pour lui-meme,

? l'entreprise d'assurance peut se presenter en groupement conjoint avec un intermediaire d'assurance. Dans ce cas, le mandataire du groupement sera solidaire pour l'execution du marche de chacun des membres du groupement pour ses obligations contractuelles en application de l'article 45-III du decret n 2016-360. Un DC1 est complete pour compte commun par le mandataire du groupement, les autres justificatifs, dont un DC2, devant etre fournis par chaque membre du groupement,

? un assureur ne peut pas se faire representer par plusieurs intermediaires dans le cadre d'une meme procedure de passation (cette regle s'applique pour chaque lot considere isolement),

? un intermediaire d'assurance, agent ou courtier, doit obligatoirement presenter une entreprise d'assurance et joindre a sa candidature le mandat de la compagnie.

Le dossier de consultation est remis gratuitement aux candidats par telechargement a l'adresse du profil acheteur: www.megalisbretagne.org ? sous la reference Drid17assurancesm. Remise des plis: selon les modalites definies a l'article 6 du reglement de la consultation. Les documents a joindre a l'appui de l'offre sont decrits a l'art.7 du reglement de la consultation. Modalites de financement et de paiement: paiement par virement bancaire dans un delai de 30 jours sur le budget du syndicat mixte. Unite monetaire utilisee: l'euro. Une visite des lieux peut etre organisee a la demande des candidats. Pour ce faire, les candidats prendront contact avec Mme Anne-Sophie Poirot au 02.98.76.60.48. A l'occasion de la visite de risques, un recepisse sera remis a chaque candidat. Les marches prennent effet le 01/01/2018 pour une duree de 5 ans. Ils pourront toutefois etre denonces annuellement par chacune des parties moyennant un preavis de 5 mois.
