Inbjudan:

Harmed inbjuds leverantorer att lamna anbud i Socialstyrelsens upphandling av frukt och mjolk.

Omfattning:

Socialstyrelsen avser att teckna ett ramavtal med en leverantor for att tillgodose Socialstyrelsens behov av frukt och mjolk till personalen. Behovet kan komma att variera over tid och Socialstyrelsen kommer att avropa utefter myndighetens behov under ramavtalsperioden.

Socialstyrelsen avser att huvudsakligen avropa ekologisk frukt, men det kan forekomma avrop av icke- ekologisk frukt.

Socialstyrelsen avser att teckna ramavtal med en leverantor.

Inkopsvolym:

Inkopsvolymen inom de senaste aren har varit relativt stabil. For ar 2016 inkoptes cirka 20 000 kg frukt, varav cirka 492 kg per vecka, cirka 7 000 liter mjolk och cirka 200 liter kaffemjolk.

Se bilaga 2 Statistik avseende levererad frukt per vecka 2016.

Antal kilo frukt eller antal liter mjolk kan komma att andras under avtalsperioden. Inganget ramavtal garanterar inte en viss inkopsvolym for leverantoren utan utgor endast vagledande underlag for anbudsgivning.

Skal till upphandlingens uppdelning:

Socialstyrelsen anser att en tilldelning av kontrakt i 2 separata delar skulle oka administrationen hanforlig till avtalet under hela avtalstiden samt oka risken for felaktiga avrop. Socialstyrelsen ser aven en okad mojlighet till kostnadsbesparingar, samordningsvinster samt lagre priser om kontraktet inte delas upp. Socialstyrelsen har darfor beslutat att inte tilldela kontraktet i separata delar.

Kontraktsperiod;

Kontraktets inledande kontraktsperiod loper fran och med 1.1.2018 till och med 31.12.2020 (Grundkontraktsperiod). Om Socialstyrelsen inte skriftligen sager upp kontraktet till upphorande senast tre (3) manader fore Grundkontraktsperiodens slutdatum sa loper kontraktstiden pa som langst fram till och med 31.12.2022 (Optionskontraktsperiod). Under Otionskontraktsperioden sa har Socialstyrelsen ratt att skriftligen saga upp kontraktet till upphorande med tre (3) manaders uppsagningstid. Grundkontraktsperiod och Optionskontraktsperiod benamns tillsamman Kontraktsperiod.
