Inbjudan:

Solna stad, 212000-0183, bjuder harmed in leverantorer att lamna anbud inom Upphandling av telefoni och funktioner for kontaktcenter som tjanst.

Beskrivning av upphandlingen:

Denna upphandling omfattar tjansten Telefoni och funktioner for kontaktcenter som tjanst. Detta innebar att leverantoren tar ett helhetsansvar for de delar som ingar i tjansten samt ager och underhaller bakomliggande tekniska plattformar som tjansten realiseras med.

Tjanstens huvudleveranser omfattar overgripande:

Funktioner for telefoni (fast och mobilt abonnemang),

Funktioner for kontaktcenter (plattform och agenter),

Extern svarstjanst for kontaktcenter.

Mal och syfte:

Stadens digitaliseringsfokus och utvecklingen i samhallet staller hoga krav pa val fungerande kommunikation.

Upphandlingens syfte ar att tillgodose stadens behov av grundlaggande telefoni och funktioner for kontaktcenter (KC) som tjanst.

Avtalsform:

Avtal kommer att tecknas med en (1) leverantor.

Avtalstid:

Avtalet ska trada i kraft efter att bagge parter undertecknat avtalet, dock tidigast den 15.1.2018. Avtalet galler sedan for en tidsperiod om tre ar med ensidig optionsratt for staden att forlanga avtalet med upp till ett (1) ar, d.v.s. sammanlagt hogst 4 ar.

Forutsattningar for upphandlingens genomforande:

Staden kan komma att avbryta upphandlingen om inget av anbuden uppfyller de krav som stallts i upphandlingsdokumentet eller om inget anbud ryms inom de ekonomiska ramarna eller om annan saklig grund for avbrytande foreligger.

Upphandlingsforfarande:
