Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Hoja resumen de datos del licitador: Donde se indicara, entre otros aspectos, la direccion electronica a efectos de notificaciones y de reclamacion en materia de contratacion publica, conforme al modelo del Anexo I de los Pliegos de clausulas administrativas particulares. Declaracion de los lotes a los que se concurre: conforme al Anexo II de los Pliegos de clausulas administrativas particulares.
Declaracion responsable de cumplimiento de las condiciones exigidas para contratar, redactada conforme al modelo del Anexo III de los Pliegos de clausulas administrativas particulares.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Los licitadores deberan acreditar la solvencia economica y financiera para la ejecucion del contrato, entendiendo por ella la adecuada situacion economica y financiera de la empresa para que la correcta ejecucion del contrato no corra peligro de ser alterada por incidencias de caracter economico o financiero. Se efectuara mediante los siguientes medios (ambos):

Declaracion sobre el volumen global de negocios del mismo objeto al del presente contrato referido a los 3 ultimos ejercicios (anos 2014, 2015 y 2016), cuyo importe anual sea como minimo, igual o superior al importe maximo de licitacion anual para el lote o conjunto de lotes a los que se licite. Redactada conforme al modelo del Anexo IV.
? Declaracion formulada en tal sentido por una entidad financiera, segun modelo que figura como Anexo V.
Si por una razon justificada el licitador no se encuentre en condiciones de presentar las referencias indicadas, podra acreditar su solvencia economica y financiera por medio de cualquier otro medio de los indicados en el articulo 13.2 de la Ley Foral 6/2006.
