Fatturato globale minimo annuo riferito a ciascuno degli esercizi finanziari relativi agli anni 2014, 2015 e 2016 non inferiore a 5 000 000 EUR (cinque milioni) IVA esclusa; tale requisito ? stabilito tenendo conto del valore complessivo dell'appalto ? e richiesto in quanto la Stazione appaltante ritiene fondamentale che l'appalto in questione sia gestito da un soggetto in grado di offrire idonee garanzie di solidita sotto il profilo economico e finanziario.

Fatturato specifico minimo annuo nel settore di attivita oggetto dell'appalto per servizi di mensa (ristorazione collettiva) riferito a ciascuno degli esercizi finanziari relativi agli anni 2014, 2015 e 2016 non inferiore a 2 000 000 EUR (due milioni) IVA esclusa, tale requisito e richiesto per le stesse ragioni di cui al punto precedente.

? A. Esecuzione in ciascuno degli ultimi 3 anni (2014, 2015 e 2016) di un servizio analogo di importo non inferiore a 1 000 000 EUR (un milione).
? B. Gli operatori economici che partecipano alla gara devono dimostrare la propria capacita ad eseguire il contratto in modo da arrecare il minore impatto possibile sull'ambiente attraverso l'applicazione di un sistema di gestione ambientale, ai sensi di una norma tecnica riconosciuta (EMAS, ISO 14001).
? C. Possesso di sistemi di gestione per la qualita, la sicurezza alimentare e tracciabilita della catena di approvvigionamento durante l'esecuzione dell'appalto per valutare i rischi igienico-sanitari correlati ai prodotti e alle attivita aziendali nelle diverse fasi del processo produttivo, al fine di garantire i piu elevati standard di sicurezza alimentare, nel rispetto delle normative di riferimento (certificazione del sistema di qualita conforme alle norme europee della serie UNI CEI ISO9000).
